Control Box Relocation Kit | RAM Trucks | GEN2 Smittybilt X20 Winch

This kit relocates your Winch Control Box of your Smittybilt GEN2 X20 winch to your engine bay. This has multiple advantages.

Firstly - this makes plugging in your winch controller very easy and safe. Simply pop your hood and plug it in. This also gives very easy access to the switch to activate your wireless controller!

Secondly - the control box is the least waterproof and most likely part to cause your winch to fail. Moving it to the top of the engine bay keeps the contactors and electrical connections away from submersion in water, mud and road grime.

The kit contains a steel powdercoated bolt on mount specific to your Smittybilt X20 and RAM Truck, as well as proper length cables that are color coded to match the factory for clean and easy installation.

This product works with GEN2 Smittybilt X20 Winches from 10k to 17.5k sizes. This includes the following part numbers.

We built your control box cables to the length you need. Please select if you have a VICE Hidden Winch Kit, or Aftermarket Winch Bumper, and we will supply the perfect length wiring harness for your application.
