UPGRADES AND WHAT THEY DO:

BUMPER GRILL INSERT

We sell a replacement insert designed for customers who do not wish to cut the Bumpers' Factory Plastic insert. This Part bolts into the bumper using existing slots and fasteners.

This replacement part is made from stainless steel and powder coated a satin textured black which matches the plastic part it replaces.

CLUTCH RELOCATION KIT

An industry first option for our bracket kit is our revolutionary Clutch Relocation Kit! Accessing the clutch handle on select WARN or Smittybilt Winches has never been easier! The Clutch handle is positioned directly beside the fairlead on the bumper giving you rapid and safe access to engage or disengage the winch drum.

There are two options for this:

The WARN VR EVO fits Warn VR EVO PN 103255, 103254, 103253 and 103252 

The Smittybilt X20 fits the GEN3 X20 Winches PN 98812 and 98810

CONTROL BOX RELOCATION KIT

Want the upmost reliability? Don't forget to add the Control Box Relocation Kit. This kit we build moves the brain box of the winch into the engine bay of your truck. This has multiple advantages.

Firstly - this makes plugging in your winch controller very easy and safe. Simply pop your hood and plug it in. 

Secondly - the control box is the least waterproof and most likely part to cause your winch to fail. Moving it to the top of the engine bay keeps the contactors and electrical connections away from submersion in water, mud and road grime.

Bolt-on kits currently available for WARN VR EVO and SMITTYBILT X20 Gen3 Winches.

COMPATIBILITY

This mounting kit is designed to work with 2019 - 2024 RAM 1500 DT (NEW BODYSTYLE) Trucks that came equipped with GAS motors. These are the 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine, and the 5.7L Hemi V8 engine. E-torque compatible as well.

Unfortunately this kit is not compatible with trucks equipped with the EcoDiesel Motor as the intercooler location interferes with the bracket and winch.

This hidden winch mount is designed to work with Synthetic Rope winches that come with Hawse fairleads (Roller systems not compatible without custom fabrication. If you’re set on using steel cable, Warn sells a compatible Steel Hawse Fairlead (PN WARN 73850)
